A informatização e o uso de inteligência artificial têm impactado a gestão de escritórios de advocacia e do próprio Poder Judiciário, por meio do desenvolvimento e incorporação de Lawtechs e Legaltechs. Este artigo analisa a influência da Inteligência Competitiva - IC sobre a tomada de decisões e definições de estratégias, a partir da observação da rotina de trabalho e dos recursos tecnológicos utilizados por escritório de advocacia, que utiliza no desenvolvimento de trabalhos jurídicos Lawtechs e Legaltechs. A pesquisa foi conduzida através de estudo de caso único, com observação direta e aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas para coletar dados.

The use of software, hardware and the atualliting artificial intelligence have greatly impacted the management of law firms and the Judiciary itself through the development and incorporation of Lawtechs and Legaltechs. This article analyzes the influence of the Competitive Intelligence - CI on the decision making and definitions of strategies, from the observation of the routine of work and of the technological resources used by law firm, that it uses in the development of legal works Lawtechs and Legaltechs. The research was conducted through a single case study, in which we made direct observation and application of semi-structured interviews.
