Resumo: Este artigo tem o objetivo geral traçar um panorama histórico das rotas bioceanicas desde o processo colonial lusitano até a contemporaneidade. Especificamente, interessa-nos contextualizar os limites e possíveis aplicações em matéria tributária no cenário da rota bioceânica – RILA, bem como discutir quais os investimentos necessários, oriundos do setor tributário, seriam os mais eficazes para proporcionar melhorias quanto ao custo e ao tempo relativos ao acesso direto e de qualidade do Brasil ao Pacífico.

JUDICIAL ACTIVISM: LIMITS AND POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS IN TAX MATTERS IN THE BIOCEANIC ROUTE RILA SCENARIO.

Abstract: This article has the general objective of drawing a historical panorama of the biological routes from the Lusitanian colonial process to the contemporary times. Specifically, we are interested in contextualizing the limits and possible applications in tax materials in the Biocean Route - RILA scenario, as well as discussing the main investment issues from the tax sector, the most used methods to test how long it should be used and when quality direct access from Brazil to the Pacific.
