O trabalho escravo e suas perspectivas frente a nova lei de migrações

A escravidão é condenada pelos ordenamentos jurídicos nacionais e internacionais. Entretanto, subsistem situações em que seres humanos são, de fato, obrigados, em determinadas circunstâncias, a realizar trabalhos em condições análogas à escravidão. O trabalho percorre o caminho histórico da escravidão até o presente. Nesse sentido, o recorte do trabalho foca sua atenção nos contributos da nova lei de migrações brasileira para a prevenção e eliminação do trabalho escravo em solo doméstico.

Slave labor and its prospects in the face of the new migration law

Slavery is condemned by national and international legal orders. However, the situations in which they are originally subsisted are, in fact, obliged under certain circumstances to attempt to use analogues of slavery. The work travels the historical path of slavery to the present. In this sense, the focus of work is its attention on the contributions of the new Brazilian migration law for the prevention and elimination of slave labor in domestic soil.
