Analisa o crime de trabalho em condições análogas às de escravo, do artigo 149 do Código Penal, a partir da teoria jusnaturalista, de John Finnis, em sua dimensão substancial. Através da pesquisa explicativa bibliográfica e documental, identifica em que medida o crime de trabalho escravo pode ser explicado à luz da teoria de Finnis. A primeira seção analisa o crime de trabalho em condições análogas às de escravo, previsto no Código Penal. A seção seguinte expõe os principais pontos relativos à teoria jusnaturalista de Finnis. Por fim, analisa o crime à luz da teoria, com base em sua dimensão substancial.

It analyzes the crime of labor under conditions analogous to those of slavery, of article 149 of the Penal Code, from John Finnis' jusnaturalist theory, in its substantial dimension. Through bibliographical and documentary explanatory research, it identifies the extent to which the crime of slave labor can be explained in the light of Finnis theory. The first section analyzes labor crime under slave-like conditions provided for in the Penal Code. The following section sets out the main points concerning Finnis's jusnaturalist theory. Finally, it analyzes crime in light of the theory, based on its substantial size.
