A REGULARIZAÇÃO DO SOLICITANTE DE REFÚGIO VENEZUELANO NO BRASIL

O objetivo deste trabalho científico é analisar as normas internacionais e internas de regularização de solicitantes de refúgio. A justificativa dar-se-á em razão do grande fluxo migratório de venezuelanos e a ausência de meios para a regularização documental. O estudo realizou uma pesquisa sobre a legislação internacional, nacional, as orientações do ACNUR, Comissão e Corte Interamericana e a portarias interministeriais de regularização do imigrante. Conclui que uma nova portaria interministerial de acolhida humanitária seria a solução diante da ausência de estrutura para atendimento da totalidade de solicitantes de refúgio venezuelanos no Brasil.

REGULARIZATION OF VENEZUELAN REFUGE APPLICANT IN BRAZIL

The objective of this scientific work is to analyze the international and internal norms of regularization of refuge applicants. The justification will be due to the large migratory flow of Venezuelans and the lack of means for documentary regularization. The study conducted research on international, national law, UNHCR guidelines, the Inter-American Commission and Court, and inter-ministerial ordinances for immigrant regularization. Concludes that a new interministerial ordinance of humanitarian welcome would be the solution given the lack of structure to attend to all Venezuelan refuge applicants in Brazil.
