O DIREITO HUMANO À FELICIDADE: UMA ANÁLISE DO LIVRO DESIGUALDADE REEXAMINADA DE AMARTYA SEN

O direito humano à felicidade está presente ao longo desta pesquisa em tom crítico-reflexivo. As bases metodológicas são explanadas a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica qualitativa e com aporte do método hipotético-dedutivo. A subjetividade inerente ao entendimento da felicidade humana pode ser aclarada pela visão filosófica e economista de Amartya Sen. Os pontos focais deste artigo são chaves para o desenvolvimento do tema, sendo eles constantemente explanados e reafirmados pelo autor. Desse modo, o direito a uma alimentação básica, sequenciado pelo direito ao voto, são observados na pesquisa como meios efetivos para a concretização da salvaguarda humana a felicidade. O objetivo principal está na conceituação do direito humano à felicidade, seguido dos pontos secundários que envolvem, tanto a descrição de iniciativas político-sociais para tal fim, como o firmamento dos limites de atuação individuais para a prevalência da felicidade coletiva e desenvolvimento nacional. O presente artigo traz os resultados da conceituação do direito humano a felicidade. As bases teóricas sobre o alcance da felicidade humana estão alicerçadas por meio do Programa Bolsa Família, além de um estudo sobre o desenvolvimento social através da política pública de direito ao voto.

THE HUMAN RIGHT TO HAPPINESS: AN ANALYSIS OF THE BOOK INEQUALITY REEXAMINED BY AMARTYA SEN

The human right to happiness is present throughout this research in a critical-reflexive tone. The methodological bases are explained based on qualitative bibliographical research and with the contribution of the hypothetical-deductive method. The subjectivity inherent in the understanding of human happiness can be clarified by the philosophical and economic vision of Amartya Sen. The focal points of this article are key to the development of the theme, and they are constantly explained and reaffirmed by the author. In this way, the right to basic food, followed by the right to vote, are observed in research as effective means to achieve the safeguard of human happiness. The main objective is the conceptualization of the human right to happiness, followed by secondary points that involve both the description of political-social initiatives for this purpose, and the establishment of the limits of individual action for the prevalence of collective happiness and national development. This article presents the results of the conceptualization of the human right to happiness. The theoretical bases on the achievement of human happiness are based on the Bolsa Família Program, in addition to a study on social development through the public policy of voting rights.
