O USO DA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL PELO PODER JUDICIARIO BRASILEIRO COMO FORMA DE REDUÇÃO DA JUDICIALIZAÇÃO DOS CONFLITOS E DA MOROSIDADE PROCESSUAL

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discorrer sobre a implantação das novas tecnologias disruptivas pelos tribunais brasileiros, especialmente a utilização da Inteligência Artificial. Dessa forma, através do método dedutivo de pesquisa o artigo apresentou o atual contexto do direito frente às inovações tecnológicas e como o poder judiciário já se beneficia desses instrumentos. Logo, pode-se constatar que a Inteligência Artificial pode ser utilizada, visando proporcionar melhor funcionamento do aparato judicial, entretanto deve-se ter cautela quanto a introdução da IA, uma vez que a mesma pode ser dotada de subjetividade e enviesamentos derivados da elaboração dos algoritmos.

This paper aims to discuss the implementation of new disruptive technologies by Brazilian courts, especially the use of Artificial Intelligence. Thus, through the deductive research method, the article presented the current context of law in the face of technological innovations and how the judiciary already benefits from these instruments. Therefore, it can be seen that Artificial Intelligence can be used, aiming to provide a better functioning of the judicial apparatus, however, care must be taken with regard to the introduction of AI, since it can be endowed with subjectivity and biases derived from the elaboration of AI. algorithms.
