Trata-se de comunicado sobre pesquisa em desenvolvimento com Orientação do Professor Vladmir Oliveira da Silveira, Mestrado em Direito - UFMS, para produção de artigo científico. Justifica-se a relevância da pesquisa pelo contexto de mudança cultural e de avanços tecnológicos sobre a reprodução humana. Apresenta-se uma problemática geral e alguns enfrentamentos de hipóteses (hard cases), considerados complexos e inéditos, através de metodologia hipotético-dedutiva, respaldada em fontes bibliográfica, estatística, documental etc. Conceitua-se concepturo, concepto, embrião e nascituro à luz do Direito e da ciência de onde se extraem as hipóteses a serem analisadas pela teoria dos Direitos Humanos Interno e Internacional.

Study on conception, conceptus, embryo and unborn child in the light of law and science: confronting hard cases for internal and international human rights

This is a research in development with guidance from Professor Vladmir Oliveira da Silveira, Master of Law - UFMS, for the production of scientific paper. The relevance of research by the context of cultural change and technological advances on human reproduction is justified. It presents a general problem and some confrontations of hypotheses (hard cases), considered complex and unpublished, through hypothetical-deductive methodology, supported by bibliographic, statistical, documentary, etc. Conception, conceptus, embryo and fetus are conceptualized in the light of law and science from which the hypotheses to be analyzed by the theory of Internal and International Human Rights are extracted.
