VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA: UMA ANÁLISE QUALITATIVA DOS DIREITOS VIOLADOS NA CIDADE DE PASSO FUNDO/RS

O tema da presente pesquisa é a violência obstétrica. As mulheres vítimas de violência obstétrica têm seus direitos assegurados pela Constituição Federal de 1988, embora não exista lei federal que preveja o tipo pena para punição do crime Violência Obstétrica. O que se objetiva no presente trabalho é demonstrar quais são as práticas consideradas violentas nesse tipo de atendimento médico e em que momento essa violência ocorre. Além disso, o objetivo específico é constatar que mulheres de fato sofrem todos os dias violência obstétrica e, para isso, realiza-se pesquisa qualitativa por meio de entrevistas a mulheres residentes no município de Passo Fundo, no Rio Grande do Sul, que revela relatos vivenciados no momento do parto. Os dados trouxeram contribuição valorosa para o trabalho, reforçando o que foi registrado a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica tratada ao longo do trabalho. A partir do contato com as vítimas, surgiu a oportunidade de orientar essas puérperas acerca de seus direitos e de suas violações sofridas, orientando-as a buscar seus direitos violados.

OBSTETRIC VIOLENCE: A QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF VIOLATED RIGHTS IN THE CITY OF PASSO FUNDO/RS

The subject of this research is obstetric violence. Women victims of obstetric violence have their rights guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988, although there is no federal law that provides for the type of penalty for punishment of the crime Obstetric Violence. The objective of this work is to demonstrate which practices are considered violent in this type of medical care and at what time this violence occurs. In addition, the specific objective is to verify that women actually suffer obstetric violence every day and, for this, a qualitative research is carried out through interviews with women living in the municipality of Passo Fundo, in Rio Grande do Sul, which reveals reports experienced at the time of delivery. The data brought a valuable contribution to the work, reinforcing what was recorded from the bibliographic research dealt with throughout the work. From the contact with the victims, the opportunity arose to guide these mothers about their rights and the violations they suffered, guiding them to seek their violated rights.
