A INEFICÁCIA DA RESSOCIALIZAÇÃO DAS PRESIDIÁRIAS NO SISTEMA PENITENCIÁRIO BRASILEIRO

O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a privação de liberdade e sua ineficácia frente às mulheres brasileiras na perspectiva da dupla punição que o cárcere se apresenta. A partir da pesquisa bibliográfica e qualitativa pretende-se levantar as vozes de um tema que atinge uma parcela crescente de mulheres no cenário atual brasileiro com a extensão do tráfico de drogas que tem se utilizado de mulheres pobres para o comércio, com repercussões que se estendem para além da condenação, principalmente no abandono familiar quando ela tem filhos menores e sua ausência familiar influência na criação dos mesmos.

The objective of this study is to analyze the deprivation of liberty and its ineffectiveness against Brazilian women in the perspective of the double punishment that the prison presents itself. From the bibliographical and qualitative research, it is intended to highlight the importance of a theme that reaches a growing part of women in the current Brazilian scenario with the extension of drug trafficking that has been using poor women for its commerce with repercussions that extend beyond condemnation, especially in the family abandonment when the inmates themselves have children and their family absence influence in the creation of them.
