A ENERGIA DE BIOMASSA NO BRASIL: AS IMPLICAÇÕES DE UMA INEFICIENTE ANÁLISE JURÍDICO-ECONÔMICO DO MERCADO ENERGÉTICO

O presente trabalho que se desenvolve é uma análise jurídico-econômica da energia a partir da biomassa e suas implicações na formação da matriz energética brasileira. A pesquisa pertence a vertente jurídico-sociológica. No tocante ao tipo de investigação foi escolhido o tipo jurídico-projetivo ou jurídico-prospectivo. O procedimento metodológico selecionado para a investigação proposta é a análise de conteúdo, na modalidade pesquisa teórica. Conclui-se preliminarmente que a energia de biomassa se apresenta como uma interessante alternativa de energia limpa, todavia a falta de uma análise econômica na produção de leis regulatórias desfavorecem a sua produção e sua consequente ampliação.

The present work is developed and a legal and economic analysis of energy from biomass and its implications in the formation of the Brazilian energy matrix. This research has legal and sociological aspects. In reference to the type of investigation, the chosen method was use of the legal and sociological aspects. The methodological procedure selected is subject analysis, in the manner of Theoretical Research. It is preliminarily concluded that biomass energy presents itself as a interesting alternative of clean energy, however the lack of economic analysis in the production of regulatory laws produces disadvantages in your production and consequent enlargement
