O presente trabalho visa apresentar tema de total relevância, qual seja a adoção internacional frente ao tráfico de crianças e adolescentes. Tal pesquisa foi desenvolvida com objetivo de fazer uma análise de alguns dispositivos do projeto de lei 6.924 de 2017. O referido projeto de lei visa alterar o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente acerca da adoção, facilitando o processo para agilizar a inserção do menor em um novo núcleo familiar. O tema problema reside em saber se tal agilidade no processo de adoção garante a aplicação de todos os direitos inerentes à criança e adolescente.

The present work aims to present a topic of total relevance, namely, the international adoption of trafficking in children and adolescents. This research was developed with the purpose of analyzing some of the provisions of Bill 6,924 of 2017. The bill aims to change the Statute of the Child and Adolescent about adoption, facilitating the process to expedite the insertion of the child into a New family nucleus. The problem issue is whether such agility in the adoption process guarantees the application of all the rights inherent to the child and adolescent.
