Labour law is a branch that seeks to protect the relationship between employee and employer and is essential to ensure the rights in labor relations. The changes in the labor reform are causing controversy, generating positive and negatives points. The present work aims to point out the importance of the rights already guaranteed by the workers and especially the perspective of the professional of law to solve the conflicts.
