O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar as ações preventivas realizadas pelos entes públicos, órgãos estes de fiscalização em proteção a saúde do trabalhador e as empresas privadas, geradoras de postos de trabalho nos últimos anos. Propõe-se analisar quais os aspectos preventivos utilizados para redução dos acidentes de trabalho e qual a sua efetividade nas principais medidas adotadas hoje no país; outro ponto de estudo será especificar as características negativas; tais como a afetação econômica e os impactos da reparação civil ocasionadas na sociedade brasileira.
