Este trabalho científico tem o objetivo de debater a mitigação da autonomia administrativa do Judiciário em função do modelo constitucional vigente para ingresso de ministros no STF. Pretende-se evidenciar o prejuízo causado por essa prática, bem como o impacto para o profissional da área jurídica. Utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica e do método jurídico-dedutivo, partindo-se de uma perspectiva macro para uma concepção microanalítica acerca da temática ora em estudo e, por fim, como procedimento técnico a análise da questão, teórica e interpretativa.

This scientific work has the objective of discussing the mitigation of the administrative autonomy of the Judiciary in function of the constitutional model in force for the entrance of ministers in the STF. It is intended to highlight the prejudice caused by this practice, as well as the impact to the professional in the legal area. It was used the bibliographic research and the legal-deductive method, starting from a macro perspective for a microanalytical conception about the subject under study and, finally, as a technical procedure, the analysis of the question, theoretical and interpretative.
