Este trabalho científico tem o objetivo de investigar a mediação como forma eficaz de solução alternativa de conflitos familiares e acesso à justiça, especialmente, através dos Centros Judiciários de Soluções de Conflito e Cidadania do TJMG. Para tanto, pretende-se abordar a mediação, criação de CEJUSC e analisar os dados estatísticos da mediação familiar nos referido Centros. Utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica e do método jurídico-dedutivo, partindo-se de uma perspectiva macro para uma concepção microanalítica acerca da temática ora em estudo e, por fim, como procedimento técnico a análise da questão, teórica e interpretativa.

This scientific work aims to investigate mediation as an effective way to alternative family conflicts and access to justice, especially through the Judicial Centers for Conflict and Citizenship Solutions of the TJMG. In order to do so, we intend to approach the mediation, creation of CEJUSC and analyze the statistical data of family mediation in said Centers. It was used the bibliographic research and the legal-deductive method, starting from a macro perspective for a microanalytical conception about the subject under study and, finally, as a technical procedure, the analysis of the question, theoretical and interpretative.
