O ASPECTO MORAL DOS MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS OCORRIDOS NO BRASIL A PARTIR DE 2013

Tomando como marco inicial os movimentos que ocorreram no Brasil a partir de 2013, combatidos, inicialmente, de forma enérgica pelo poder público, tentaremos traçar os aspectos, material e, talvez, moral, que alavancaram esses conflitos. Utilizando, como guia, a obra “Luta por Reconhecimento: a gramática moral dos conflitos sociais”, de Axel Honneth, onde a aplicação do Direito se torna regra fundamental para a conquista do autorrespeito, e recorrendo, ainda, a outros renomados autores, a fim de fazer um paralelo de seus trabalhos com a realidade instaurada no país a partir destes eventos, iremos diferenciar os conceitos de “grupos” e “movimentos sociais”.

The moral aspect of the social movements occurred in Brazil since 2013

Taking as starting point the movements that occurred in Brazil since 2013, initially fought vigorously by the Public Power, we will try to trace the aspects, material and, perhaps, moral, that leverage these conflicts. Using as a guide Axel Honneth's "The Struggle for Recognition: The Moral Grammar of Social Conflicts", where the application of Law becomes the fundamental rule for the achievement of self-respect, and resorting to other renowned authors, in order to parallel their work with the reality established in the country since these events, we will differentiate the concepts of "groups" and "social movements".
