UMA ANÁLISE DA POPULAÇÃO EM SITUAÇÃO DE RUA SOB A PERSPECTIVA DO ABANDONO AGAMBENIANO

Andar pelas grandes cidades do Brasil é constatar, diariamente, o grande número de pessoas vivendo em situação de rua. Embora a priori a análise de tal situação se limite a considerar a desigualdade socioeconômica brasileira como elemento fundante de tal cenário, o presente resumo pretende analisar tal questão sobre outro viés. Utilizando da teoria agambeniana do abandono realizado pelo soberano, observa-se que a população em situação de rua é resultante do fenômeno originário da política moderna. Aqueles que se encontram em tal situação, bem como o Homo Sacer de Agamben, somente serão reintegrados pela cidade por intermédio da exclusão.

Walking through the big cities of Brazil it is notorious that the large number of people homeless. Although a prior analysis of the situation is limited in considering the social economic inequality in Brazil as the key element of the scenario, this resume has the objective to analyze this with another way. Using the agambenian theory of abandonment performed by the sovereign, concludes the fact that the population in a situation of homeless is the result of modern politics. Those of witch are in the situation, most notably Homo Sacer from Agamben, will only be reintegrated by intermediate of exclusion.
