O confronto entre a história oficial e a memória sociocultural diante da Ditadura Civil-Militar no Brasil: a violação dos direitos humanos à verdade e à memória

O objetivo desse estudo é tecer um comparativo da história dada (e, por vezes, imposta) pelas instituições oficiais acerca do Golpe Civil-Militar no Brasil em contraste à memória sociocultural construída por aqueles que vivenciaram esse período, confrontando a dita memória oficial e a memória popular e debatendo acerca dos direitos humanos à memória e à verdade. Para discussão do tema, formula-se uma definição para o termo “memória” e critica-se os mecanismos usados para sufocamento da memória sociocultural, fundamentando o estudo com obras e autores que tocam, debatem e versam sobre o recorte temático.

The confrontation between the official history and the sociocultural memory before the Civil-Military Dictatorship in Brazil: the violation of human rights to truth and memory

The objective of this study is to compare the history imposed by the official institutions on the Civil-Military Coup in Brazil, in contrast to the socio-cultural memory constructed by those who lived through this period, confronting the official memory and popular memory and debating about human rights of the memory and truth. For the discussion of the theme, a definition for the term "memory" is formulated and the mechanisms used to stifle socio-cultural memory are criticized, based on the analysis of works and authors that touch, debate and deal with the thematic clipping.
