A DIFICULDADE CARCERÁRIA FEMININA BRASILEIRA NO QUE TANGE À ESSÊNCIA DA MULHER

O presente estudo tem o escopo de analisar a eficiência do sistema carcerário feminino em relação à essência da mulher, ou seja, uma abordagem acerca dos problemas carcerários e a interferência na identidade feminina. Atualmente, o sistema carcerário em si apresenta problemas marcados pela precariedade de recursos. Assim, temos a desfiguração da imagem da mulher. Utiliza-se o método bibliográfico, privilegiando obras referentes à temática em pauta e a legislação. Ao final do trabalho conclui-se que o sistema necessita passar por reparos imediatos para a preservação dos direitos humanos e Dignidade da Pessoa Humana.

THE BRAZILIAN FEMALE CARCERARY DIFFICULTY AS TO THE ESSENCE OF WOMEN

The present study has the purpose of analyzing the efficiency of the female prison system in relation to the woman's essence, that is, an approach about the prison problems and the interference in the feminine identity. Currently the prison system itself presents problems marked by precarious resources. Thus we have the disfigurement of the woman's image. The bibliographic method is used, favoring works referring to the subject matter and legislation. At the end of the work it is concluded that the system needs to undergo immediate repairs for the preservation of human rights and Dignity of the Human Person.
