Este trabalho tem como objeto as famílias paralelas e seu reconhecimento como entidade familiar sob o prisma dos princípios essenciais do Direito de Família sendo eles a igualdade, a liberdade e a afetividade. Por discorrer de que decisões providas do Poder Judiciário não tem conformidade com a realidade fática que a sociedade está inserida, sendo necessário uma abordagem da evolução histórica da família, igualmente a magnitude que o princípio da afetividade transportou para as relações familiares. Notória preponderância atribuído à efetividade dentro das famílias é considerado como condição prevalecente demarcando os direitos e deveres dos envolvidos.

This work has as its object the parallel families and their recognition as a family entity under the prism of the essential principles of Family Law being they equality, freedom and affectivity. It is important to note that decisions made by the Judiciary do not have conformity to the factual reality that society is involved in, and it is necessary to approach the historical evolution of the family. Notorious preponderance attributed to effectiveness within families is considered as a prevailing condition demarcating the rights and duties of those involved.
