O propósito do presente trabalho é demonstrar a existência de uma relação jurídica processual única, iniciada no Juízo Criminal, quando da obediência ao art. 387, IV, CPP, e continuada no Juízo Cível, quando do módulo satisfativo da indenização fixada. Sob essa perspectiva, analisar o CPC/15 quanto à regulação dessa transição de Juízos. Para tanto, os dispositivos legais pertinentes ao tema são confrontados, apreciados de forma sistemática e avaliados conforme abalizada doutrina.

This work´s pourpouse is to demonstrate the existence of only one procedural relationship, started at Criminal Court, when obey the article. 387, IV, CPP, and continued at the Civil Court, when the compensation´s satisfaction module. Under this view, to analyze the Civil Procedural Code of 2015 about the regulation of this courts transition. Therefore, the legal regulations about the theme are faced, considered in a systematic whay and evaluated according to distinguished doctrine.
