APLICABILIDADE DOS PARADIGMAS DO ESTADO GERENCIAL NAS ATIVIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS DO PODER JUDICIÁRIO

A pesquisa visa solucionar o problema no que se refere a necessidade de buscar instrumentos jurídicos de gestão pública para gerar maior eficiência a atividade administrativa do Poder Judiciário. Como hipótese identificada, constatou-se inicialmente que o Estado Gerencial poderia ser aplicado na função administrativa do Poder Judiciário tendo em vista que seu maior objetivo é garantir a aplicação do princípio da eficiência administrativa disposto na CR-88. Por fim, na conclusão a hipótese identificada no início da pesquisa foi confirmada no sentido de que é juridicamente possível a utilização dos paradigmas do Estado Gerencial na função administrativa do Poder Judiciário.

The research aims to solve the problem regarding the need to seek legal instruments of public management to generate greater efficiency administrative activity of the Judiciary. As a hypothesis identified, it was initially established that the Management State could be applied in the administrative function of the Judiciary, since its main objective is to guarantee the application of the principle of administrative efficiency established in CR-88. Finally, the hypothesis identified at the beginning of the research was confirmed in the sense that it is legally possible to use the Managerial State paradigms in the administrative function of the Judiciary.
