TECNOLOGIAS NO ENTORNO DA SUSTENTABILIDADE, DA DIVERSIDADE E DO MELHOR USO E APROVEITAMENTO DE RECURSOS: POSSIBILIDADES EM SMART CITIES E CIDADES BRASILEIRAS.

Em tal artigo científico aborda-se a situação no entorno de sustentabilidade, smart cities, tecnologias e inovação, além de perspectivas em âmbito social, direito, inclusão e diversidades humanas. Objetivos: a) realizar levantamento teórico e bibliográfico no entorno dos parâmetros de pesquisa, Sustentabilidade; smart cities; direito; tecnologias, inovação; b) indicar possibilidades de inserção de tecnologias utilizadas em cidades inteligentes e viáveis do ponto de vista econômico e social em outros locais que necessitem de tais iniciativas, sendo que o Brasil possui amplo espectro de locais e municípios que necessitam de tais iniciativas; c) propor iniciativas em termos de inovação em alguns locais na realidade brasileira, em prospecto local; e d) apresentar perspectivas contemporâneas no entorno de inclusão de pessoas via contexto das cidades inteligentes, seja através da tecnologia, seja através do direito e acessibilidade a meios e recursos. A metodologia da pesquisa consiste na utilização de bases científicas com relevante indexação para obtenção e exploração de bibliografias e artigos científicos que sejam relevantes no entorno de tal problemática apresentada, inclusive aplicando-se, de modo interpolado, as palavras chave nas referidas bases, de forma sistemática. Os critérios de pesquisa, foram delimitados para propor soluções ante as necessidades apresentadas. Em termos de resultados percebe-se que há produção científica relevante, muito embora ainda haja lapso para produção e estudos. Ainda conclui-se sobre a importância da inovação em perspectiva da realidade brasileira, superando as dificuldades e limitações sociais, econômicas e ambientais, melhores soluções e iniciativas aplicadas em cidades inteligentes, passíveis de reprodução nas diversas realidades brasileiras.

TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF SUSTAINABILITY, DIVERSITY AND THE BEST USE AND USE OF RESOURCES: POSSIBILITIES IN SMART CITIES AND BRAZILIAN CITIES.

This scientific article addresses sustainability, smart cities, technologies and innovation, as well as perspectives in the social sphere, law, inclusion and diversities. Objectives: a) carry out theoretical and bibliographic around the research parameters, Sustainability; smart cities; right; technologies, innovation; b) indicate possibilities for inserting technologies used in intelligent and viable cities from an economic and social point of view in other places that need such initiatives, considering that Brazil has a wide spectrum of places and municipalities that need such initiatives; c) propose initiatives in terms of innovation in some places in the Brazilian reality, in a local prospectus; and d) present contemporary perspectives around the inclusion of people via the context of smart cities, either through technology or through the right to access means and resources. The research methodology consists of the use of scientific bases with relevant indexing to obtain and explore bibliographies and scientific articles that are relevant in the context of such presented problem, including applying, in an interpolated way, the keywords in the referred bases, in a way systematic. The research criteria were delimited to propose solutions to the needs presented. In terms of results, it is clear that there is relevant scientific production, although there is still a lapse for production and studies. It also concludes on the importance of innovation in perspective of the Brazilian reality, overcoming the difficulties and social, economic and environmental limitations, better solutions and initiatives applied in smart cities, which can be reproduced in the different Brazilian realities.
