O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral a análise acerca da manutenção da vivência de categorias antagônicas de cidadanias no âmbito das relações empregatícias, tomando-se como marco teórico as concepções de Aristóteles e de que modo estes enquadramentos, até então traduzidos apenas em um modo artificial de ser, podem afetar a figura do prestador de serviços, na conformidade dos ditames constitucionais brasileiros.

The present work has as general objective the analysis about the maintenance of the existence of antagonistic categories of citizenships in the ambit of employment relations, taking as theoretical framework the conceptions of Aristotle and how these frameworks, hitherto translated only in an artificial way of being, can affect the figure of the service provider, in accordance with the Brazilian constitutional dictates.
