JUSTIÇA DISTRIBUTIVA E DIREITO À SAÚDE: análise da racionalidade dos princípios e diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde.

O artigo explora a racionalidade dos princípios e diretrizes do SUS à luz das teorias liberais igualitárias de justiça distritutiva. Para isso, são apresentadas as bases teóricas de autores centrais, a saber: John Rawls, Ronald Dworkin, Amartya Sen e Derek Parfit. Apresentamos as teorias para propor qual a melhor leitura para os princípios e diretrizes do SUS. Por fim, apontamos a insuficiência da fundamentação de uma filosofia puramente moral para justificar o arranjo de princípios e diretrizes do SUS, o que exige habilidade dos teóricos ao construírem suas teorias normativas políticas para alocar os recursos de forma justa.

DISTRIBUTVE JUSTICE AND RIGHT TO HEALTH - rationality analysis of the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System.

The article intends to explore the rationality of SUS principles and guidelines in light of the egalitarian liberal theories of distributive justice. For this, we present the theoretical bases of central authors, namely: John Rawls, Ronald Dworkin, Amartya Sen and Derek Parfit. We present the theories in order to demonstrate the best reading for SUS principles and guidelines. Finally, we point out the inadequacy of the foundation of a purely moral philosophy to justify the arrangement of principles and guidelines of the SUS, which requires theorists' ability to construct their normative political theories to allocate resources fairly.
